Kihon, Kata, Kumite.


beside Bows, Meditation, Warmup & Stretching, there are three parts of Martial Arts Trainings, as not very far as i know.


basic moves repetitions ... punching in air in series, kicks in series, etc ...


Martial Arts Forms, Series of Movements & their Combinations with Techniques performed in air, often in a group.

this differs from Kihon that it's not stationary, legs move as well ... less of a tiring tempo as well.

i heard it's Language of Martial Arts as well.


Combat, part of training as well.
