Martial Arts Forms, Series of Movements & their Combinations with Techniques performed in air, often in a group.
this differs from Kihon that it's not stationary, legs move as well ... less of a tiring tempo as well.
i heard it's Language of Martial Arts as well.
Combat, part of training as well.
